Our PROPERTY AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICE offers the following services:
- technical inventory (surveying) of houses;
- buildings;
- groups of premises (i.e. all types of commercial premises, apartments, etc.) for design and construction planning, banks and appraisal purposes;
- land plot topography;
- land border surveying;
- land plot engineering surveying.
Technical inventory (surveying) of buildings, constructions and groups of premises is made by skilled experts certified by the Latvian Association of Technical Inventory Specialists; these experts carry out high-precision surveying by means of range finders with measurement accuracy of +/-2 mm within 30 meters; data processing and technical drawing tasks are fulfilled by means of Bentley Power Survey genuine specialized software. Inventory files are provided either on paper or electronically (the .dgn or .dwg formats). The service is available throughout Latvia. The resultant technical inventory file is not intended for the cadastral register. Topography, land border surveying and engineering surveying tasks are carried out by duly qualified land surveying and land development specialists. The SERVICES are available throughout Latvia.
